Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

How long before my order ships?

Most of our products are made when you order them, so expect 3-5 days for production before your item(s) are shipped.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Absolutely. You will receive an email notification at the address you provided with tracking information once your order is shipped and on the way to your door.

Received Incorrect Size, Color or Defective Product?

If you received the wrong size, color or a defective product, please email us with your order number and name immediately and we will make it right. Depending on the product, we will either send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return it for the correct item, or we may just let you keep that one to do with as you like and ship out the correct item.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size and/or color, or changed my mind?

If you received the correctly ordered size and color and it's not a fit, please re-pack the items within 10 days and ship them back to us in a trackable manner. Please include a note that lets us know if you would like to exchange it or receive a refund for the purchase price. Unfortunately, we are only responsible for return shipping if the error was ours, but we will cover outgoing shipping for your exchanged item(s). *All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days in the condition received to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Why don't you offer expedited orders?

Most of our products are made when ordered for efficiency and ecological reasons, therefore we cannot offer Overnight or 2-Day shipping. Most of our products take 3-5 days to be made at the factory and are then shipped out to you.

Do you Ship to Canada and Internationally?

We do not currently ship to Canada and other International destinations. We are working on offering many of our top products for international sales in the near future.

How does the "Free Shipping for Orders of $70+" work?

If your order total reaches $70 before tax and shipping you will receive FREE SHIPPING on the entire order. This offer combines with some other offers, but not all other offers. Eg; It DOES NOT combine with the "15% Off Welcome" coupon.

Why don't all coupons combine?

Sorry, as much as we'd love to let you stack all the coupons for additional savings, we're a small family business with small margins. If we allowed everyone to stack all the coupons and take advantage of all the deals, we wouldn't be in business any longer.

All clearance item sales are final unless we made an error and sent the wrong size, color or a defective product.

What Quality Can I Expect?

We try to source only top quality products to offer in our shop. We stay away from the thick, boxy fitting t-shirts that shrink three sizes on the first wash. Our go-to t-shirt brands are Bella Canvas, Next Level, Tultex and District Threads. All very reputable and well made garments that fit well and flatter most body types.

We only choose Hats and Hoodies that we have worn and personally endorse for quality and comfort. We are always trying new products to make sure our quality is the best it can possibly be within our price points.

Who designs the Crown Moto Products?

We do. Our founder and handful of talented illustrators and typeface creators make the designs that you see on our products. Sometimes we use altered artwork from royalty free sources, but all of our final designs are original.
