Something wrong with your order or you need a different size or color? Please fill out this contact form and let us know what you need so we can address the issue and you a return reference number. You can then send your item(s) back to us and we can make it right.*

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy (No returns after 30 days)
*All returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Washed, damaged or otherwise altered items will not be accepted.

Items that are fulfilled by our third party drop-shipping partners will be delivered within two weeks of the order date. If they are not delivered within two weeks, please email us and we will check on the status of the order and expedite delivery.

We cannot provide expedited orders on most products due to the fact that we are eco-friendly and the products are made on-demand when ordered.

All products that are fulfilled in-house by Crown Moto will be shipped within 48 hours of order date and usually received within 5-7 days.
